Hi, I’m Sarah.

I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar who strives to build genuine connections with my clients. I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore the challenges of everyday life and work toward meaningful change.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours Class I) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I am a fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and am currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program, which is a period of advanced, supervised clinical practice.

I have clinical experience supporting adults presenting with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, worry, low mood, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, complex trauma (C-PTSD), adjustment to significant life events, eating disorders, and body image concerns.

I work from a trauma-informed perspective and draw from a range of evidence-based treatment approaches that I integrate to best suit the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each individual. In my approach to treatment, I recognise that early life experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. By exploring these experiences together in therapy, I hope that you will develop greater insight and build more adaptive ways of coping and connecting.

What I can help with?

I have experience in providing treatment and support to adult clients experiencing a range of concerns, including:

  • Worry and generalised anxiety

  • Low mood, depression, and hopelessness

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth issues

  • Perfectionism and related issues (e.g., fear of failure, burnout, imposter syndrome)

  • Interpersonal and relationship difficulties

  • Complex trauma and related disorders

  • Adjustment to significant life events and coping with change

  • Eating disorders and body image concerns

Let’s work together.

Fill out some info and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
